The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
- Products shipped by Quastar come with a limited one-year warranty unless otherwise indicated. Quastar warrants these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Any Quastar product that fails will be repaired or replaced; a better component or a credit will be issued at our option. Quastar makes no warranty as to the merchantability, fitness or application of the products.
- All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made within 72 hours from receiving date of the merchandise. Recipient must report to freight carrier immediately when damaged boxes are received. Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon shipment of product from Quastar facility.
- An order may not be canceled in whole or in part by BUYER without Quastar's prior written (email confirmation) consent and only upon terms and conditions that will indemnify, hold harmless and compensate Quastar Computer International against loss including, but not limited to the loss of profits as a result of such cancellation.
- Customer must contact Quastar for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return any item. All returns must include a copy of the invoice, RMA number and be shipped with a method requiring a signature.
- Items returned for refund must be in the original package with accessories, all supporting documentation and in resellable condition. Improper packaging may void the warranty.
- Quastar may at its sole discretion, exchange products, or portions of a product. Any exchanges will be made in accordance with Quastar Computer's exchange policies in effect on the date of the exchange.
- A minimum restocking fee of 15% may be charged on All Goods Returned for Credit. No refunds are accepted after 15 days. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.
- All credit, refund, exchange and fees will be assessed at the discretion of Quastar once the items are received and inspected.
- In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be at Gwinett County, Georgia.
